We are seeking experienced Architects (CAD & Construction Documentation) to join a dynamic project-based engagement. In this remote contractor role, you will apply your specialized technical expertise to produce high-quality architectural, engineering, and construction documentation. Your contributions will support advanced technical applications through precise, professional-grade deliverables. No prior AI experience is required—your architectural and CAD expertise is the key.

Key Responsibilities

Create detailed and accurate floor plans and elevation sets based on project requirements and architectural standards.

Develop comprehensive CAD drawings (2D and 3D) for architectural and engineering applications using industry-standard software.

Produce precise Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T;) callouts for manufacturing and construction documentation.

Design, annotate, and optimize multi-sheet electrical schematics in compliance with industry standards.

Design and optimize PCB layouts, ensuring manufacturability, functionality, and seamless integration within building systems.

Collaborate effectively with project stakeholders through structured communication to clarify requirements and resolve technical issues.

Deliver well-organized, high-quality documentation packages that meet project milestones and quality expectations.
