Role Description
The Assistant Manager (ESG & Sustainability) role is a full-time in office position based in Gurugram. This role involves supporting and managing ESG and sustainability advisory projects,



including conducting materiality assessments, benchmarking, and gap analyses for clients across sectors. The Assistant Manager will help develop ESG strategies, frameworks, and policies, and contribute to sustainability reporting aligned with global standards and regulations. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with clients and internal teams, preparing presentations and reports, tracking project timelines and deliverables, and supporting business development through research, proposals, and thought leadership. The role also requires staying current with evolving ESG regulations, standards, and market practices to provide informed guidance and insights.

- Strong ESG and sustainability knowledge, including familiarity with key frameworks, regulations, and reporting standards (such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, ISSB, and global climate and social disclosure requirements).
