About this Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Delivery skilled to lead end-to-end programme delivery within the Automation technologies domain. This role operates within the VOIS IT Delivery and Transformation function, managing a portfolio of innovation-driven projects focused on process automation and artificial intelligence. The individual will play a key role in shaping delivery strategy, ensuring effective governance, and driving successful implementation across global VOIS locations, from early-stage design through to rollout and operational transition.
What you’ll do
- Lead multi-functional, global project teams delivering innovation and automation initiatives
- Manage Agile Scrum teams aligned to SAFe methodology principles
- Ensure delivery outcomes meet agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards
- Drive early-stage requirements definition, effort estimation, and support business case developm
