Role Description

The Human Resources Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations, talent acquisition ,



including employee onboarding, documentation, and maintaining accurate HR records. The Human Resources Executive will support the implementation of HR policies, address employee queries, and help resolve employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner. The role involves coordinating recruitment activities, assisting in performance management processes, and supporting training and development initiatives.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support end-to-end people processes.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Must have
- Fluency in English
- 0-1 year of Experience in HR
- Excellent Communication skills- spoken & written
- Good listening & perceiving skills
- Must be a Team Player
