We're a lean, fast-moving team with an automation stack most agencies twice our size don't have. Our in-house pipelines (built on Ahrefs data, the Claude API, and n8n) handle the repetitive qualification work, which means our people spend their time on what actually matters: building relationships with editors and making smart placement decisions.

About the role
As a Link Building Executive, you'll be at the heart of our delivery engine: finding great publishers, starting real conversations with editors, and turning those conversations into live placements for global SaaS brands.
This is a role with a clear growth path.
You'll work directly with the founders, learn a contemporary link building operation from the inside, and get early exposure to where the industry is heading, including AI search and LLM citations, which are becoming core deliverables for our clients.
What you'll do
- Research and qualify publishers using Ahrefs against our quality standards (DR 40+, healthy traffic, relevant ranking keywords, steady traffic volume)
- Run personalized, human-first outreach to editors and site owners
- Negotiate and coordinate placements: guest posts, link insertions, and listicle additions
- Assess article fit and placement opportunities using our internal frameworks
- Keep campaigns organized and up to date in Monday.com
- Build lasting relationships with publishers in our network
What we're looking for
