Role & responsibilities Job Responsibilities: This position is required to achieve the desired level of performance in the following Key Result areas:
- Consistently managing the projects from Capex build up , Design approvals, GFC coordination, Execution, Quality control, safety and complete handover of Projects to operations.
- Responsible for making Project execution and maintenance plan, SOP s and implementation across all zones Pan India.
- Responsible for preparing Capex and get it approved from CFO & CEO for all new stores, zonal offices fit -out , maintenance and Renovations
- Responsible for reviewing of Designs/ BOQs of retail stores, Zonal Offices pro- jects wrt value engineering and cost optimization of all upcoming projects.
- Responsible for all Brought out & Services PO’s are released within TAT for new projects.
- Leading weekly progress meetings with Architects, project managers, contrac- tors, vendors & Contract team to achieve the project TAT.
- Making Site visits across zones for evaluating the site progress, quality of work,
vendor evaluation.
- Responsible to provide risk mitigation plan for all ongoing projects. Preparing Project Execution & Maintenance Plan of Samsung Stores/ Service centre and SIS
- Evaluating & finalizing prospective sites for new stores along with Business team and architects to ensure they confirm to Business Strategy.
- Creating CAPEX for the new project and take Budget approval for recent projects.
- Planning layout of the store and developing working drawings in coordination with architects, Operations, VM and Product. Design layout in alignment with the brand identity.
- Identify the cost, time, and safety and quality parameters to prepare the baseline. Overseeing the smooth functioning of initiation, execution, and closing of projects with complete handing over process and final settlements of vendor’s bills and maintenance of stores/cafes during DLP period.
