We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Placement Executive to support student placement activities, build robust corporate relationships, and ensure successful employment outcomes for our students.
Key Responsibilities Placement Coordination
- Coordinate placement drives, campus interviews, and recruitment activities.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with students regarding placement opportunities.
- Ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end placement process.
- Coordinate with internal teams for placement-related activities.
Corporate Relations
- Identify and connect with potential employers for student placements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals and hiring managers.
- Follow up with companies regarding job openings, interview feedback, and hiring requirements.
- Generate new corporate leads to enhance placement opportunities.
Student Support
- Guide students through the placement process and interview preparation.
- Conduct pre-placement briefings and assist students with interview scheduling.
- Track student applications, interview status, and final placements.
- Collect feedback from students and employers after recruitment drives.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate placement records and databases.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly placement reports.
- Update placement trackers and MIS reports regularly.
- Ensure proper documentation of placement activities and student records.
