Woolah Tea is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Factory Manager to lead operations at our artisanal tea manufacturing facility. This role requires a hands-on professional with strong expertise in orthodox tea manufacturing, production planning, quality management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and monitor end-to-end tea manufacturing operations to achieve production targets, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Monitor production processes, implement corrective actions, and minimize defects, wastage, and downtime.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery to ensure smooth factory operations.
- Optimize the utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
- Lead and supervise factory personnel, allocate work, maintain discipline,



and ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
- Maintain production and quality records, prepare operational reports and MIS, analyze performance, and drive continuous process improvements.

Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Orthodox Tea Manufacturing.
- Proven experience in managing tea factory operations and production teams.
- Robust understanding of tea manufacturing processes, quality control, machinery, and factory operations.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a strong focus on quality, productivity, and operational excellence.
