Soft Skills & Spoken English Trainer (On-Camera + Training Role)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month *(based on experience)*

Role Overview

We are looking for a Soft Skills & Spoken English Trainer who will be responsible for training delivery, course development, student management, and brand representation.

This is a multi-dimensional role, where you will not only teach but also act as a face of the brand through ads and social media content, helping drive student engagement and enrollments.

Key Responsibilities1. Training & Delivery
- Conduct Spoken English and Soft Skills sessions (online + offline)
- Manage and handle batches of 40–50 students
- Ensure improvement in:
- Communication skills
- Confidence
- Public speaking
- Interview skills

2. Course Development
- Design and structure course curriculum
- Create:
- Lesson plans
- Practice exercises
- Activities
- Continuously improve content based on student performance and feedback

3. Student Engagement & Conversion
- Conduct one-on-one demo sessions




- Explain course structure and help in student conversion
- Track and guide student progress

4. Team Building & Management
- Assist in hiring and onboarding English trainers
- Train and guide junior faculty
- Maintain teaching quality and consistency

5. Content Creation & Brand Representation
- Appear in ads, reels, and social media content as a trainer/influencer
- Record educational, promotional, and engagement videos
- Represent the brand in a confident, clear, and relatable manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team for content execution

6. Operations & Coordination
- Manage class schedules (online + offline)
- Coordinate with team for smooth execution
- Maintain records of attendance and student performance
