Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic AGM South Head / Zonal Sales Manager to lead sales operations across South India. The role is responsible for driving regional business growth, expanding market share, managing high-performing sales teams, and strengthening customer relationships with hospitals, healthcare institutions, distributors, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets across South India.
- Lead and manage Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, Territory Managers, and Sales Executives.
- Drive business growth by expanding the customer base in hospitals, healthcare institutions, distributors, dealers,



and institutional accounts.
- Promote and increase sales of disinfectants, infection control products, surgical consumables, and medical devices.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop business expansion strategies.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, hospital management, procurement teams, infection control committees, and channel partners.
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline, forecasts, and business KPIs to ensure target achievement.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop effective sales strategies.
- Ensure effective distributor appointment, development, and performance management.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams for seamless execution.
