Role Description
The Head of Supply Chain Management is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role oversees end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, inventory management, procurement, logistics, and distribution. The individual will align supply chain strategies with business goals, ensure timely availability of materials, optimize costs, and maintain service levels to internal and external stakeholders.



Daily responsibilities include managing and mentoring the supply chain team, establishing performance metrics, collaborating with operations, production, and sales, and implementing process improvements. The role also involves managing vendor relationships, resolving supply issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and supporting continuous efficiency and quality enhancements.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Supply Chain Management and Operations Management to oversee planning, inventory, logistics, and overall workflow efficiency.
- Candidates should possess solid Procurement and vendor management skills to drive cost-effective sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier performance.
