The Chance

We are looking for a highly analytical and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital acquisition efforts across paid marketing channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data, understands customer behavior,



and has successfully scaled performance campaigns in a fast-paced E-commerce or EdTech environment. You will own the end-to-end performance marketing funnel—from campaign strategy and execution to optimization and reporting—while working closely with creative, product, sales, and business teams to drive learner acquisition and revenue growth.

What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of paid digital

marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube & Performance

Max) and other relevant paid channels.
- Drive learner acquisition by optimizing campaigns for lead quality, conversions,

CAC, ROAS, and revenue growth.
- Manage and optimize monthly advertising budgets of ₹1 Crore or more while

ensuring maximum return on investment.
- Analyze campaign performance, customer journeys, and conversion funnels to
