Job Title: Senior Warehouse Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in warehouse management systems, team coordination, and KPI monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Manage end-to-end inward and outward warehouse operations.

•⁠ ⁠Operate and maintain transactions in Unicommerce WMS.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor and achieve warehouse KPIs (Order Processing, Dispatch SLA, Inventory Accuracy, Productivity, etc.).

•⁠ ⁠Prepare and share daily operational reports with the Warehouse Manager.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure accurate inventory management, stock reconciliation, and cycle counting.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with procurement, transport, and sales teams for smooth order fulfillment.





•⁠ ⁠Supervise warehouse staff and ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and 5S practices.

•⁠ ⁠Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor manpower productivity and optimize warehouse resources.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure timely dispatches while maintaining quality and accuracy standards.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

•⁠ ⁠3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations.

•⁠ ⁠Hands-on experience with Unicommerce WMS.

•⁠ ⁠Positive knowledge of inventory control, warehouse processes, and reporting.

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

•⁠ ⁠Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
