Role Description
This is a full-time, remote Business Development Trainee role focused on the UK market. The trainee will support growth initiatives by identifying prospective customers, generating leads, and nurturing interest in Bhanzu’s math programs.



Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and assisting with outreach via calls, emails, and digital channels. The role also involves responding to inquiries, providing clear information about offerings, and coordinating with sales and marketing teams to improve conversion and customer experience. The trainee will regularly analyze performance data, share feedback from the market, and contribute ideas to refine business development strategies.

Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret market data, measure performance, and identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, build trust, and handle queries professionally.
- Lead Generation experience or aptitude, with the ability to qualify prospects and support the sales pipeline.
