Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Corporate Relations Manager to drive Ethnus's Staffing & Workforce vertical. This role is responsible for building and managing relationships with manufacturing units, corporates, and organizations in e-commerce, hospitality, and retail sectors seeking bulk manpower on a contract staffing basis, and converting these relationships into deployment mandates for Ethnus-trained talent. The ideal candidate will bring solid existing connections across these sectors, consultative sales ability, and a track record of closing bulk contract-hiring accounts.

Strategic Engagement
- Establish and strengthen relationships with senior stakeholders HR Heads, Plant Heads, Procurement, Operations, and Admin leadership across manufacturing, e-commerce, hospitality, retail, and corporate clients.
- Represent Ethnus at industry forums, HR summits,



and sector-specific events (manufacturing expos, retail/e-commerce industry meets, hospitality associations) to build brand visibility in the contract staffing space.
- Drive engagement with industry bodies and associations across these sectors to identify recurring bulk-hiring opportunities.

Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a regional/vertical strategy to acquire clients requiring bulk contract staffing across manufacturing, e-commerce, hospitality, and retail.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities through market research, competitor mapping and sector-specific networking.
- Lead commercial negotiations — billing rate, mark-up, mandate volume, contract duration, SLAs — and close agreements with key clients.

Client Relationship Management
- Own the client relationship end-to-end from mandate closure through renewal and account expansion.
