Role Description
The Structural Design Engineer role is a full-time position based in Mumbai with a hybrid work arrangement, combining in office work with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves performing structural analysis and design for marine and coastal infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards,



and project specifications. Day-to-day activities include preparing design calculations, developing detailed drawings and models using CAD tools, coordinating with geotechnical, geophysical, and survey teams, and translating ground-truth data into practical structural solutions. The Structural Design Engineer will review and optimize designs for constructability and durability, support technical documentation and reports, and collaborate with project managers, clients, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to meet project timelines and quality requirements.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering, with the ability to apply engineering principles to marine and coastal structures.
- Proficiency in Structural Analysis tools and methods, including load assessments, stability checks, and performance evaluations.
- Hands-on experience with Computer-Aid
