Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Senior Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant who can provide high-level executive support while managing MIS reporting and business coordination. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to handle confidential information and work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the executive’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel.

* Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.

* Prepare meeting agendas, minutes (MOM), and follow up on action items.

* Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.

* Prepare presentations, reports, and business documents.

* Coordinate with various departments to track projects and ensure timely execution.

* Analyze operational data and present insights to management.

* Maintain confidential records, documents, and files.

* Handle administrative and operational tasks assigned by senior management.





* Support strategic initiatives and ensure smooth day-to-day executive operations.

Qualifications & Experience

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.

* 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.

* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, charts, dashboards), PowerPoint, and Word.

* Experience with MIS reporting and business analytics.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Solid organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

* High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

* Experience in the healthcare or hospitality industry is an added advantage.
