About the Role

We're looking for a designer & video editor (AI-first) who can create compelling visuals and videos that drive engagement and conversions across our marketing channels. You'll work closely with our marketing team to produce creatives for digital campaigns, social media, and brand communication.

We're particularly looking for someone who embraces AI tools to work faster, generate ideas, and improve creative workflows—while maintaining high standards of design and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
- Design high-converting creatives for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital advertising platforms.




- Create social media posts, banners, thumbnails, email graphics, landing page assets, and other marketing collateral.
- Edit videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, ads, webinars, and other digital platforms.
- Use AI tools to enhance design, video editing, ideation, and production workflows.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaign creatives.
- Ensure visual consistency with the Lawctopus brand across all channels.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Eligibility
- 2–5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Strong proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or similar.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Veo, or similar.
- Robust visual design skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple prio
