- Robust hands-on experience with SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM).
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling (FI/CO).
- Knowledge of SAP HANA modeling and SQL.
- Understanding of allocation methodologies, profitability analysis, transfer pricing, and financial planning.
- Experience integrating SAP PaPM with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP ECC/S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of financial reporting and management accounting concepts.
- Experience with testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.




- SAP PaPM certification (preferred).
- SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is an added advantage.
- Experience in Agile and SAP Activate methodologies.
- Exposure to banking, insurance, manufacturing, retail, or telecommunications industries is desirable.

Experience
- 8–10+ years of SAP consulting experience.
- Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on SAP PaPM implementation experience.
- Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP PaPM implementation project.
- Experience with support, enhancement, and migration projects is preferred.
