Combat Fitness Cult (CFC) is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive membership sales, generate business opportunities, and build strong relationships with corporate clients and partners. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills with a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate recent business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Promote CFC's fitness memberships, personal training, wellness programs, and corporate fitness solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, and business partners.
- Conduct sales presentations and meetings with prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into memberships or business partnerships.




- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the management team.
- Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and promotional activities when required.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kochi, Kerala (Kochi): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:
- Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:
- Business development: 1 year (Preferred)
