We are looking for enthusiastic and technically sound Sales Engineers to drive business growth by promoting industrial valves and engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, providing application-based technical solutions, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through industrial customers, OEMs, EPC contractors, and channel partners.
- Promote and sell industrial valves, pumps, strainers, and related engineering products.
- Conduct customer meetings, technical presentations, and site visits to understand application requirements.
- Provide application-based product recommendations and technical support to customers.
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations and proposals.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
- Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate the complete order closure process.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Monitor customer feedback and resolve technical or commercial issues promptly.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and emerging business opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and update CRM records.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education
- B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred for experienced candidates)
Experience
- 0-2 years of experience in Technical Sales, Industrial Sales, or Engineering Sales.
- Fresh Mechanical Engineering graduates with robust communication skills are welcome to apply.
