Role Description
This full-time, in office Process Engineer Assistant role is based at Yanfeng’s manufacturing facility in Halol. The role supports process engineers in developing, documenting, and optimizing production processes for automotive components, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and safety. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and analyzing process data, assisting in process design and layout changes, supporting process control activities, and helping implement continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor. The Process Engineer Assistant collaborates with production, quality, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot process issues, monitor equipment performance, and ensure compliance with internal standards and customer requirements. The role also includes preparing reports, maintaining process documentation, and participating in trials, audits, and training activities related to new or modified processes.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Process Engineering and Process Design,



with the ability to support manufacturing process setup and optimization.
- Candidates should possess skills in Process Control and Analytical Skills to monitor process performance, interpret data, and recommend improvements.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline relevant to industrial manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of automotive manufacturing environments, basic quality tools (such as 5S, root cause analysis, and standard work), and safety practices is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in using standard office and data analysis software.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, chemical, industrial, or related field) is preferred.
