- Own the full-stack codebase (Node.js backend, React frontend)
- Design and maintain the multi-tenant data layer (Supabase Pro, Row-Level Security, pgcrypto encryption)
- Ensure clean tenant isolation across all modules (reservations, housekeeping, ID scanning, tipping, maintenance)
- Implement and maintain append-only audit logs and GDPR anonymization pipelines
- Lead API integration work with eZee PMS and SynXis CRS including bi-directional room status sync, rate plan management, block API limits, and occupancy state logic
- Manage VPS deployment environment (Ubuntu, PM2, Node.js bridge app)
- Maintain and optimize storage architecture: Supabase Pro + Backblaze B2 + Cloudflare CDN
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, uptime monitoring, and alerting
- Harden security posture: secrets management, workplace separation (dev/staging/prod), SSL, and access control
- Lead and mentor a two-person dev team
- Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering standards (testing, linting, PR conventions)
- Run weekly standups; maintain async communication hygiene
- Participate in client onboarding calls as the technical SME
