Role Overview
We are looking for an M365 Subject Matter Expert (SME)



to lead the delivery and ongoing operations of Microsoft 365 and collaboration solutions for a global customer workplace. This role encompasses technical leadership and operational management primarily across Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Teams Rooms, with additional expertise expected in SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Purview, and Copilot.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the architecture, delivery, and operations of Microsoft 365 workloads, including mail flow, application integration, and collaboration services.
- Oversee Microsoft Teams interoperability across SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and related platforms.
- Manage Microsoft 365 infrastructure settings, policies, and lifecycle, including feature adoption, deprecation of legacy settings, and remediation based on Microsoft advisories.
