About the Opportunity

Hirematic Talent Solutions is hiring on behalf of a confidential client for an experienced Engineering Manager – Capital Markets Trading Platform to lead the design, development, production support, and delivery of enterprise trading and risk management platforms. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader with strong expertise in Capital Markets, enterprise trading platforms, and engineering delivery within a global financial services environment.

Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India

Compensation: ₹26–28 LPA

Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering and application support teams supporting Capital Markets platforms.

• Drive platform enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and strategic technology initiatives.

• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across enterprise trading and risk management platforms.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to deliver scalable business solutions.

• Oversee application design, development, production support,



code reviews, and engineering best practices.

• Manage End-of-Day (EOD) processing, scheduling, incident management, and operational readiness.

• Ensure production stability through proactive monitoring, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement.

• Mentor engineering teams while driving Agile delivery and strategic technology roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience supporting or developing Capital Markets trading and risk platforms.

• Strong hands-on experience with Calypso, Murex, or similar enterprise trading platforms (Calypso preferred).

• Strong Java development and SQL experience with Oracle or similar relational databases.

• Experience managing Production Support, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Root Cause Analysis.

• Hands-on experience with End-of-Day (EOD) processing, Control-M, and/or AutoSys.

• Solid understanding of Front Office, Mid
