Role Overview:

Lead national sales for POS devices (Card Swipe Machines & Dynamic QR). Drive acquisition,

revenue growth, partner expansion, and large enterprise onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build & execute national POS sales strategy.
- Lead and manage regional sales teams.
- Drive merchant acquisition for Card POS & Energetic QR.
- Manage enterprise partnerships, banks, and channel distributors.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales & revenue targets.
- Oversee pricing, commercials, and product adoption.
- Ensure compliance, onboarding quality, and training.
- Monitor competition and drive go-to-market initiatives.
- Drive deployment efficiency, device utilization, and active merchant ratio
- Coach, mentor, and build high-performing teams; oversee training and development.

Requirements:
- 8-10 years in POS/QR/Payments/EDC sales.
- Strong network with merchants, ISOs, partners, and banks.
- Excellent leadership,



negotiation & analytical skills.
- Experience scaling teams and hitting aggressive targets.
- Hands-on experience with EDC deployment, reconciliation, and settlement flows.
- Understanding of MDR models, rental plans, terminal certifications, & compliance

norms.
- Proven ability to drive enterprise-level and field-level sales simultaneously.
