About the Role

We are hiring
a
ServiceNow ITAM Developer (HAM/SAM Pro)
- Locations: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Noida, Trivandrum
- Work Model: Hybrid
- Experience: 7 to 11 yrs
- Notice Period: Immediate - 15 days

ServiceNow Developer:
- Only with the ITAM Module. no others modules.
- We need hardware asset manager (HAM) exp more. If not software asset manager is also okay (SAM)
- But HAM is most preferable.
- They need coding exp in SAM Pro on mandatory.
- Exp of 3-4 years in SAM Pro should be there.
- workflows exp should be there as they work for multiple projects as Individual.

Servicenow JD.

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITAM developer with deep expertise in HAM and SAM processes.



The ideal candite will design, develop, and optimize ITAM solutions in ServiceNow platform using native scripting capabilities, Glide APIs, and platform standard customization patters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop ITAM workflows, catalog items and automation flows using ServiceNow native scripting (JavaScript/GlideScript)
- SAMPro configurations (Mandatory) in alignment with IBM CVA terms - - (Not Mandatory)
- Creation of custom metrics for IBM entitlements, if needed
- Software allocations on SAMPro
- Manage software discovery, reconciliation, and compliance reporting
- Implement software license optimization and usage tracking
- Support publisher specific compliance requirements (MS, Adobe, IBM. Oracle, VMware)
- Development of custom tables to capture the 90‑day high‑water mark and related data
- Build and maintain service side scripts, Business rules, scheduled jobs and transform maps
