We are looking for a responsible and organized Store In-Charge to manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, material receipt and issue, stock verification, and record maintenance. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling stores in a manufacturing environment and possess good organizational and inventory control skills.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- 1–2 years of experience as a Store In-Charge or Store Executive
- Experience in a manufacturing industry is preferred
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and store procedures
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- Knowledge of ERP/Inventory Management Software is an added advantage
Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.
- Issue materials to production departments as per approved requisitions.
- Ensure proper storage and identification of all materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory documentation.
Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Purchase Department.
- Conduct daily, monthly, and annual physical stock verification.
- Ensure proper stock rotation and material handling.
- Minimize inventory discrepancies and material losses.
Documentation
- Maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), material issue records, and stock registers.
- Update inventory transactions in ERP/software or Excel.
- Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports.
- Maintain proper filing of store-related documents.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
