We're currently looking for an English-speaking Outbound Sales Caller to represent one of our Canadian clients, a company providing drone-powered exterior cleaning services across Canada.
This can be a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, learning sales, and growing professionally.
You will be responsible for:
Making outbound calls to business prospects in Canada.
Introducing services professionally.
Speaking with decision-makers.
Qualifying potential customers.
Handling basic objections.
Scheduling follow-ups when required.
Updating the daily call tracker accurately.
Maintaining professional communication at all times.
Working closely with our Project Manager and following the defined sales process.
This role focuses on generating qualified sales opportunities—not hard selling or closing deals.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday
7:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST
Remote
Daily Expectations:
Complete 65–75 connected business conversations (weekly targets may be used where appropriate).
Maintain accurate call records.
Follow the approved sales script and process.
Participate in regular training and feedback sessions.
Continuously improve communication and sales skills.
Requirements:
We're looking for someone who has:
Excellent spoken English with a neutral or easily understandable accent.
Solid communication and listening skills.
Confidence speaking with business professionals.
A stable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
The willingness to learn outbound B2B sales.
Professional attitude and punctuality.
Ability to take feedback positively.
Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, SDR, BDR, telemarketing, or international sales is a plus, but candidates with exceptional English communication and a strong learning mindset are also encouraged to apply.
