Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain reusable, scalable automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress for Web and API testing.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and trigger them on every commit or release.
- Write robust, maintainable test scripts in Python or Java, with clear assertions and error-handling logic.
- Collaborate closely with Dev and QA teams to define test strategies, identify automation scope, and reduce regression effort.
- Monitor test execution logs, debug failures,



and optimize flaky tests to maintain high pass rates and stability.
- Document test cases, framework architecture, and best practices for peer adoption and onboarding.
