- WHO CAN APPLY:
This role is strictly for career-driven Freshers, recent HR Graduates, and individuals on a career break who are looking for a highly disciplined corporate launchpad.
- TRAINING & PERFORMANCE MATRIX:
This position begins with a strict 2-Month Full-Time Corporate Transition & Evaluation Program. Full practical training is provided. Please note that a standard monthly stipend and a permanent team placement are unlocked ONLY post-completion of this initial 2-month evaluation block by hitting baseline work targets.
- SHIFT & ACCOUNTABILITY:
Fixed corporate shift from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Your weekly holiday will be scheduled on a weekday, NOT on Sunday. There is zero hourly flexibility; strict remote attendance and login discipline are tracked daily.
- EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
You must own a working laptop and a fast, reliable home internet connection with power backup. A Verified LinkedIn Account is mandatory.
- VERIFICATION & SETUP:
Selected candidates must complete a standard identity document check (KYC) during onboarding and set up an independent corporate domain email ID for professional communication.
- LOCATION:
100% Remote / Work From Home (Based out of Pune).
