We are looking for a
Billing Engineer – MEP Vendor Billing
with experience in
MEP vendor billing, invoice verification, cost control, and project billing
within the
Civil & Interiors
industry.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Review and verify vendor invoices for MEP materials, services, and subcontracted work.

✅ Cross-check invoices with Purchase Orders (POs), contracts, and delivery documents.

✅ Process vendor bills accurately and within project timelines.

✅ Monitor project costs and identify billing deviations or change orders.

✅ Maintain billing documentation, reports, and audit records.

✅ Coordinate with project managers, procurement teams, vendors, and contractors.

✅ Resolve vendor billing queries and ensure smooth payment processing.

Required Qualifications:





✔ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.

✔ 2–3 years of experience in
MEP Vendor Billing
within the
Civil & Interiors
industry.

✔ Experience in vendor billing, invoice processing, and cost control.

✔ Working knowledge of
SAP/ERP
, MS Excel, and billing software.

✔ Good understanding of MEP systems, BOQs, contracts, and construction billing processes.

✔ Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

⭐
Preferred:
- Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial construction projects.
- Certification in Quantity Surveying or Billing Engineering will be an added advantage.
