Business Development Manager (BDM) - Sports Outreach

Role Overview:

Galactic Sports Federation India (GSFI) is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion into the school sector. Your primary objective will be to establish and launch GSFI Multi-Sport Excellence Hubs across the North, South, East, West, and Central zones of Delhi. You will be the face of GSFI, building professional relationships with school management to create a premier sports ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Outreach: Identify and connect with target schools, academies, and educational institutions in designated Delhi zones.

Relationship Management: Effectively pitch the "GSFI Multi-Sport Excellence Hub" model to School Principals, Directors, and Sports Heads.

Partnership Closure: Lead negotiations, finalize MOU terms, and secure agreements to launch new GSFI training centers.

Operational Coordination: Work closely with the central GSFI team to ensure a smooth transition from partnership signing to the launch of the training center.





Brand Representation: Act as an ambassador for the GSFI brand, maintaining high standards of professionalism and communication at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in B2B sales, educational marketing, or sports management is highly preferred.

A solid, existing network within Delhi schools and sports institutions is a significant advantage.

Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to influence institutional decision-makers.

A genuine passion for developing the grassroots sports ecosystem in India.

Ability to travel across various districts of Delhi to meet partners and conduct site visits.
