Role Description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving housing finance sales in the Perundurai branch through direct customer engagement,



lead generation, and effective relationship management. This full-time, on-site role includes overseeing a local sales team, setting and monitoring sales targets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day activities involve identifying and onboarding new customers, conducting field visits, understanding customer requirements, and recommending suitable loan products. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with credit, operations, and collections teams to ensure smooth end-to-end processing of applications and high-quality customer experience. The role also involves tracking market trends, building partnerships with local influencers and referral networks, and preparing regular performance reports for management.

- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in housing finance, banking, or financial services.
