Key Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements and prepare FRDs, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Coordinate with ERP developers for enhancements and implementation.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Train end users across departments.
- Support ERP operations related to manufacturing, procurement, inventory, finance, sales, and logistics.
- Drive process automation and continuous ERP improvements.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of ERP functional experience.
- Manufacturing ERP expertise is mandatory.
- Robust understanding of inventory, procurement, production, sales, finance, and logistics.
- Experience in ERP implementation, customization, and user training.
- Knowledge of SQL and databases is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
