Hot Duties:
- Drive agile projects end-to-end, blending traditional PM rigour with AI-powered tools and spec-driven development
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements that both stakeholders and AI-assisted teams can execute against
- Partner closely with stakeholders across the business to align priorities, timelines, and outcomes
- Champion adaptability and sound communication in a fast-evolving, AI-driven work setting

Duties:
- Manage projects through the full agile lifecycle, from planning to delivery
- Gather, document, and refine business requirements using spec-driven approaches

Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of project management experience, with a degree in a business-related discipline
- Proven experience managing projects in an agile environment
- Ability to create clear, well-structured business requirements
- Proficiency with common PM tools and platforms
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with AI-driven tools and workflows
- Demonstrated adaptability in fast-changing environments
