Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Managed Services Team Lead to lead Regulatory Operations within the Transaction Reporting domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high-performing team supporting global clients in meeting regulatory reporting obligations across multiple jurisdictions.

This role combines people leadership, client relationship management, operational excellence, and regulatory expertise to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant transaction reporting. The Team Lead will collaborate closely with clients, Compliance, Product, Technology, and Operations teams to resolve reporting issues, improve service delivery, drive automation initiatives, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

- Allocate work, monitor team performance, and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

- Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Client Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for managed service clients.
