Position Overview
:

Manager of Accounting and Process Delivery, you will lead and manage a team of 15 accountants, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality operational deliverables for clients. You will act as the primary point of contact for escalations, and drive process improvements to achieve operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to adapt processes to meet both client and internal business needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Team Management and Leadership:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 7 accountants to ensure high performance and achievement of individual and collective goals.
- Set explicit KPIs for the team, aligned with business objectives, including deliverables accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction metrics.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and support the professional development of team members.
- Ensure continuous improvement of employee engagement and retention through training and development initiatives.
- Task Management and Planning:




- Oversee overall task management and process planning for the team to ensure timely completion of deliverables with a high degree of accuracy.
- Establish and maintain structured workflows and process schedules to maximise operational efficiency and minimise errors.
- Develop and implement robust project timelines and deadlines, holding the team accountable for meeting set goals.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing escalations and ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded.
- Lead regular governance calls with clients to review deliverables, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.
- Drive collaboration with clients to identify and implement necessary changes in processes based on evolving business needs.
