About the Internship

The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in managing recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee lifecycle activities. This internship provides hands-on exposure to core HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, HR Administration, Workforce Management, Employee Relations, and HR Operations. The intern will collaborate with Recruitment, Payroll, Compliance, Staffing Operations,



and Business teams to support day-to-day HR activities within a quick-growing staffing and workforce solutions organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- Assist with employee onboarding by collecting documentation, verifying records, preparing joining formalities, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, personnel files, and databases within the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate with Recruitment, Payroll, Compliance, and Workforce Management teams to support day-to-day HR operations.
- Assist in payroll coordination by maintaining attendance records, leave data, employee information, and supporting payroll documentation.
