Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative, strategic, and technology-driven Design Head to lead the organization's complete creative and branding ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be a modern creative leader who understands that contemporary design extends beyond visuals into intelligent production systems and innovation-led creative infrastructure.

The candidate should possess equal strength in creative direction, strategic brand thinking, workflow optimization, stakeholder management, and technological adaptability.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership & Brand Strategy
- Lead the complete creative and branding function across digital, print, packaging, motion graphics, multimedia, and corporate communication deliverables.
- Develop and maintain solid visual identity systems ensuring consistency, brand recall, and alignment across all communication channels.
- Create high-impact visual campaigns using motion graphics, cinematic storytelling, AI-generated assets, and immersive design techniques.

Pharmaceutical & Healthcare Communication




- Oversee pharmaceutical packaging artworks, visual aids, leave-behinds, brochures, product literature, launch campaigns, and scientific communication materials.
- Ensure creative outputs comply with pharmaceutical branding standards, regulatory guidelines, and product communication requirements.
- Collaborate with Regulatory, R&D;, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver accurate and impactful communication materials.

Team Leadership & Workflow Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage internal creative teams including graphic designers, motion artists, video editors, and multimedia professionals.
- Establish structured workflows, review mechanisms, creative SOPs, and production pipelines.
- Improve operational efficiency through automation, collaboration tools, and streamlined approval systems.
- Ensure timely delivery of all creative projects while maintaining design excellence.
