Role Description

The Assistant Manager – Instrumentation and new protocol development will support cosmetic clinical trials by ensuring all study-related instruments are compliant, calibrated, and audit-ready as per ICH-GCP, ISO, and relevant instrument manufacturer guidelines. This role safeguards data integrity through meticulous instrument management, documentation, and training,



while enabling protocol execution for skin/hair assessment studies.

The role also covers new protocol development using current instruments.

Key Responsibilities

instrumentation
- Assist in planning and execution of new measurement protocols for efficacy and safety endpoints in cosmetic studies.
- Research emerging instrument technologies and applications relevant to skin, hair, and anti-aging claims substantiation.
- Review and update instrument SOPs, work instructions, and quality forms to reflect current methods and auditor expectations.

Instrumentation training

Assist in instrumentation training for operation team and help them in achieving operational expertise as expected for participation in the clinical trials.
