Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to end-users for desktop issues, including hardware troubleshooting and software installation.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues on LAN/WAN networks using TCP/IP protocols.
- Manage IT assets, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of hardware inventory through asset management tools.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues related to CCTV systems, MPLS networks, VPN connections, printing services.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system and familiarity with Active Directory.
- Experience with networking fundamentals such as LAN/WAN design, configuration, and troubleshooting.
