Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Supervisor with 1–2 years of experience in the Herbal Manufacturing Industry. The candidate should possess sound knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Preparing and Maintaining production documentation Like: SOP, BMR, Stock etc.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparing and Maintaining of GMP Documents Like SOPs, BMR, Cleaning Records, Stocks and company quality standards.
2. Verify and maintain accurate Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and other production documents.
3. Ensure proper line clearance before starting and after completing production activities.
4. Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, and Maintenance departments for smooth production operations.
5. Ensure proper operation, cleaning,



and maintenance of production equipment.
6. Report deviations, incidents, and non-conformities to the Production Manager.
7. Maintain housekeeping standards in accordance with 5S and GMP guidelines.
8. Conduct on-the-job training for production operators on SOPs and GMP requirements.
9. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and promote a safe working setting.
10. Assist in validation, qualification, and process improvement activities whenever required.

Required Skills & Knowledge:
1. Good knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
2. Understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
3. Experience in Preparing & maintaining production documentation (BMR, BPR, Log Books, Equipment Usage Logs, Equipment SOP’s).
4. Knowledge of Herbal manufacturing processes.
5. Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as WHO-GMP, Schedule M, and cGMP.
6. Basic understanding of production equipment and manufacturing operations
