Role & responsibilities
- Scout and identify US-based diamond buyers and wholesale prospects
- Initiate outbound calls and emails to pitch loose diamond inventory
- Support the senior sales team with quotations and stock coordination
- Handle post-sale follow-ups order confirmations,updates, and client queries
- Maintain daily call logs and update sales trackers
Preferred candidate profile
- Basic knowledge of Loose Diamonds and Lab Grown Diamonds (LGD)
- Ability to read GIA / IGI grading reports and understand the 4Cs
- Excellent spoken and written English (US client-facing)
- Fluency in Hindi and Gujarati
- Comfortable with fixed night shift (US time zones)
