Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses and admissions.
- Follow up on inbound leads and generate admissions through outbound calling.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Convert enquiries into admissions while achieving monthly targets.
- Handle the complete admission process from enquiry to enrollment.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM.
- Build strong relationships with students through regular follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and counselling skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Experience in Educational Counselling, Admissions, Telesales, Inside Sales, or Customer Relationship Management preferred.
