Role Overview

We are seeking a Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Specialist to manage procurement operations using TimeLine ERP. You will execute the end-to-end P2P cycle and align raw material availability with production schedules.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute the complete manufacturing P2P workflow: MRP order proposals, purchase orders,



vendor master data management, and 3-way invoice matching.
- Coordinate material requirements with production planning schedules to prevent factory downtime.
- Record lot/batch numbers and storage data during Goods Receipt for quality tracking.
- Communicate with internal manufacturing teams and international vendors.

Requirements
- Experience: Hands-on experience working in a manufacturing setting (plastics/injection molding preferred).
- P2P Operations: Proven background executing end-to-end P2P workflows and operational logic.
- Systems: Experience working with multiple ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Infor, IQMS, Epicor, TimeLine) with the ability to learn TimeLine ERP.
- Skills: Excellent English communication (written and spoken) and strong active learning skills.
