We are seeking a agile and target-driven Personal Loan - Sales Executive to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and loan disbursement for personal loan products. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, convincing, and relationship-building skills, along with a sound understanding of loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation processes.

The role requires proactive customer interaction, lead conversion, and close coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely loan processing while consistently achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Sales Conversion
- Generate leads for personal loan products through cold calling, field sourcing, digital leads, and referrals.
- Identify prospective customers and convert leads into successful loan applications.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to ensure timely closure and disbursement.

Customer Interaction & Advisory
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable personal loan products.
- Explain product features, loan eligibility,



documentation requirements, interest rates, tenure, EMI structure, and repayment terms.
- Build trust with customers and provide end-to-end assistance throughout the loan application journey.

Application Processing & Documentation
- Assist customers in filling out application forms accurately.
- Support customers with document collection, uploading, KYC verification, and compliance checks.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for smooth application processing.

Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely updates on application status.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Target Achievement
- Achieve assigned monthly sales, login, and disbursement targets.
- Track daily lead pipeline and conversion ratios.
