Sales Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful sales. Experience in furniture, home décor, interior design, or retail sales is preferred.

As a Sales Executive, you will assist customers in selecting the right furniture, understand their requirements, explain customization options, and ensure an exceptional buying experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, website leads, and walk-in customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture products.
- Promote customized furniture solutions based on customer needs.
- Follow up with leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and the website.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams for customized orders.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM.




- Build long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and promptly.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, offers, and industry trends.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers with robust communication skills are welcome.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, retail, furniture, home décor, or interior design will be an advantage.
