Job Summary:

An experienced and skilled Food and Beverage Sales In-Charge to oversee all aspects of meal preparation, presentation, Revenue Optimization and service in our hospital's food and beverage department. Directly responsible for managing a team of cooks and stewards, ensuring high standards of quality, sanitation, and customer satisfaction. This role leads to robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and generating revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Food and Beverage Sales:
- Focus is to increase revenue with expertise & Increase sales

-Planning and execution of Revenue generated points
- Oversee all aspects of meal preparation, presentation, distribution, serving periods, and compliance with sanitation standards.
- Ensure optimal area presentation, organization, cleanliness, sequence of service, production workflow, revenue management, cost allocation, administrative tasks, and staff training.
- Conduct regular equipment reviews, audits, and inventory management, including reporting and ordering processes for operational equipment and maintenance updates.
