Role & responsibilities
- Evaluate & understanding the control panel engineering drawings for each & every project & implement the same during development.
- Responsible for developing hard set issued drawings into Auto cad 2D.
- Have good skills level in Auto-cad 2023 mechanical version. 3D modeling will be added an advantage.
- Can able to do the nesting process after development of the 2D drawings without wasting the layout.
- Updating any changes made during design stage to the production in-charge.
- Cross verification of SLD, GA & BOQ with respect to panel construction.
- Follow to the standard operating procedure issued by design dept.
- Desire knowledge of all kind of electrical switch-gear components.

Like ABB, Schneider & Siemens.
- Strong technical skill level in electrical & mechanical assembly.




- Good Knowledge on LV & MV panel design standards.
- Shall implement current proto type assembly for mass production.
- Co-ordination & guide with mechanical fitters at shop floor at all the levels.
- Getting clarification on any doubt arrived during drawing development from project design engineer.
- Basic awareness on IEC 61439 type 1 & 2 standards.
- Optimization of mechanical design standards to minimize the manufacturing cost.
- Should have knowledge on panel construction & IP for LV & MV panels.
- Maintaining good relationship among the team.
